摘要
采用美国产OphthasonicA/BⅢ+眼科专用扫描仪对38例10岁以前单眼白内障患者进行A超自动生物测量限轴长度,双眼对比,直接接触法。结果:全部病例均有不同程度眼轴增长。其中15例先天性白内障患儿晶状体全部混浊者双眼眼轴长度差值(平均4.24mm)明显高于核性、绕核性及后极性白内障(平均1.4mm)。23例外伤性白内障患儿,5岁以前发病,病程超过半年者,眼轴即有明显增长;而6岁以后致病者,病程一年以上眼轴增长明显。提示:发病年龄越早,形觉剥夺持续时间越长,视野遮盖越完全,眼轴增长越明显。
Bilateral axial lengths in 38 cases of unilateral cataract less than ten years old were automatically mea sured by Ophthasonic A/BⅡ+ made in the United States. The direct contact method was used for measure ment and the axial lengths of bilateral eye were compared. The results showed that the axial lengths increased differently in all cases. The quantitative difference (mean 4. 24mm)of bilatera1 axial length in fifteen cases of congenital cataract with completely opaque lens was significantly longer than that (mean 1. 4mm)of nuclear,perinuclear and posterior polar cataract. In 23 cases of traumatic cataract,the axial length of the eyes suffering from trauma before five years old at the interval lasting beyond half year was significantly longer than that within half year,and the axial length of the eyes falling ill after six at the interva1 prolonging beyond one year showed more remarkable increase than that within one year. This study suggests that the earlier the patient falls ill,the more remarkable the axial length of the eye increases,so do the longer lasted pattern deprivation and the more completely obstructed visual field.
