摘要
通过评价单目标函数各自特点,提出了以多目标来优化抽油机的几何参数,并运用了单目标自动寻优与多目标综合判优的策略。建立数学模型时优选了约束条件,消除了不起作用的约束,使运算速度加快,经过对CYH12-4.8-73HB型抽油机的计算,优选出一组最优设计方案,与现有同类型抽油机相比,最大扭矩因数和最大悬点加速度均减小,整机重量减轻。
