摘要
针对通并机带刹车存在的问题，为ＸＴ１２Ｂ型履带式通井机设计了ＰＳＴ２５型盘式刹车系统。这种盒式刹车主要由制动钳、支架、制动盘、液压控制系统及刹把组件等组成。其中，制动钳有直推式和杠杆式两种形式，两种制动钳均由油缸、活塞、调节螺母、碟形弹簧组和制动块等主要零件组成，其基本工作原理是进油松刹，排油制动，制动力的大小通过刹把调节刹车阀改变油缸压力来实现。试验分析表明，这种盘式刹车设计合理，性能可靠，可方便地改装到ＸＴ１２Ｂ型履带式通井机上。
In the light of the problems with the the brakes on tractor hoists, Modle PST 25 disc brake system is designed for Mode l XT 12 B caterpillar tractor hoists.This disc brake system is mainly comprised of the braking clamp, rack, brake disc, hydraulic control system and brake handle assembly, and the braking clamp is comprised of cylinder, piston, regulating nut, butterfly spring and brake block.Test and analysis show that the Model PST 25 hydraulic disc brake is rationally designed for reliable perfomance and can be conveniently ed on Model XT 12B caterpillar tractor hasis.
