摘要
针对温度为60℃的盐酸复合介质环境,研制了一种新型高合金不锈钢。采用金相显微镜、x射线衍射和电子探针等显微分析手段,观察与分析了新型钢的金相组织,并采用多种腐蚀试验方法研究了该种钢的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,新型高合金不锈钢在1150℃经两小时水冷固溶化处理后,能获得良好的耐均匀腐蚀性能、抗晶间腐蚀能力和抗点蚀性能,并具有较好的铸造性能。
In the light of the corrosion resistance against chlorhydric acid complex medium at 60℃, a new high-alloy stainless steel is developed. The microstructure of the steel is analyzed by means of metallurgical microscope, x-ray diffractometer and electronic probe , and corrosion tests for the steel are made by several methods. The result of the tests shows that, after water cooled solution heat treatment for two hours at 1150℃, the new steel obtains good uniform corrosion-, intererystalline corrosion- and pitting corrosion-resistances and has good castability.
