摘要
采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,由异丙醇和丙烯合成异丙醚,研究了反应条件对异丙醚产率的影响,选出了较佳的工艺条件,考察了催化剂的稳定性。在适宜的反应条件下,异丙醚产率为34.92%。在此基础上,又对反应产品混合物进行了一系列的分离精制。
iisopropyl ether was synthesized from isopropanol and propene over strongly acidic canon exchange resin catalyst. The effect of reaction conditions on the ether yield was studied,and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. Test on catalyst stability was made. Under the suitable reaction conditions,the ether yield reached 34. 92%. On this foundation,separation and refinement of the product were also carried out.
