摘要
目的为医务人员在医疗护理中寻找高效、快速、简单方便、无刺激的手消毒方法。方法全院在班护士120名随机分4组进行监测。实验1组：0．2％过氧乙酸液毛巾擦洗手，实验2组：健之素牌消毒剂，实验3组：含有效氯（1000-1500mg／L）“8．4”消毒液毛巾擦洗手；对照组：肥皂流动水洗手。结果4组除菌率依次为98．98％、97．75％、72．63％、68．64％，过氧乙酸组与健之素组相仿，与其他组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论0．2％过氧乙酸和健之素对手的消毒效果好，但健之素使用较简单方便。
Objective To explore the method for sterilizing hands which is effective, convenient and without stimulation for medical personnel. Methods A total of 120 nurses on duty were divided into four groups randomly. In the test group towels of 0.2 % peracetic acid, Jianzhisu disinfectant fluid, towels of 84 liquid disinfectant containing available chloride 1000 1500 mg/L were used. In the control group only soap with flowing water was used for hands sterilizing. Results The rate of bacterial removal was 98.98%, 97.75% ,72.63%, 68.64%, respectively. The efficacy of Jianzhisu disinfectant fluid was similar to 0.2% peracetic acid. Both of them were significant different compared with others. Conclusions 0.2% peracetic acid and Jianzhisu disinfectant fluid all have better disinfection efficacy, and Jianzhisu disinfectant fluid is more easier in use.
