摘要
2004年8月,DC-Lib重新制订,收编了DCMI应用委员会在其2003年一系列会议上作出的决议以及2003年9月在美国西雅图工作组会议上所讨论的问题,并还根据CENMMI-DC会议提出的《DC应用纲要指南》重新进行了格式化。本文主要介绍新版DC-Lib的元素、元素细化和编码体系的体例结构及其内容,以供国内图书馆界元数据的研究和使用参考。
The new DC- Lib was reframed in August 2004 which incorporates decisions made by the DCMI Usage Board at its meetings in 2003 and issues discussed in the WG meeting in Seattle in September 2003. It has been reformatted in conformance with the Dublin Core Application Profile Guidelines produced by the CEN MMI - DC Workshop. The paper mainly introduces the formats of entries and the contents of the DC - Lib＇ s elements, element refinements and encoding schemes.
