摘要
文章首先介绍了当前数字图书馆的定义 ,元数据的重要性 .结合我们研究所承担的某高校数字图书馆项目的实际情况 ,详细分析了都柏林核心数据的特点 。
The concept of digital library and the impo rt ance of metadata are introduced.This thesis is based on the College Digital Libr ary Project. It introduces Dublin Core, which is the popular standard of digital resource metadata now. Finally, it gives the implementation of the design of metadata structure and the system of the digital resource retri eval based on the metadata.
