On the basis of criticizing the traditional model curriculum theory, Schwab, a famous curriculum theory expert in America, put forward the theory of practical curriculum development, emphasizing curriculum practical value and dynamical process, attaching importance to the function of teachers and students in curriculum development, and advocating solving curriculum problems by group deliberation.
