摘要
伴随改革开放的脚步,中国的民营企业异军突起。强化民营企业的发展后劲,积极探索有利于民营企业管理中的员工激励机制,创造一个公平、公正、公开的竞争环境,以推动民营企业实现可持续的发展。
With the development of Reform and Opening - up, Chinese private entreprises develop themselves very well in a suprising speed. In order to help them realize their sustainable development, it is needed to highlight their developmnet potential to explore encouraging mechanism favorable for their management and to create a fair, honest and open competition environment.
