摘要
以米曲霉为出发菌株,通过物理、化学及复合诱变得到一株曲酸高产菌株ENTG-206,并对该菌株的发酵条件进行了初步研究。结果表明:该菌株的最佳发酵培养基配方为玉米水解糖12%,麦根-豆饼粉0.6%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%,KH2PO40.2%,pH值6.0。以优化后的培养基进行30L摇瓶发酵,发酵4d产酸可达49.8mg.mL-1。
A high Kojic acid producing Aspergillums oryzae was screened by mutagen. The results showed the optimal fermentation conditions were corn steep liquor 12%, barley root and bean powder 6%, MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%,KH2PO40.2% and pH 6.0. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the strain produced 49.8g·mL^-1 in 4 days.
