摘要
目的调查外企女工的健康需求,以制定外企健康教育工作的开展策略。方法采用问卷调查法对外企女工进行健康教育需求调查。结果最受欢迎的健康教育形式是向员工发放有关健康教育小册子;需求频次较高的知识为常见病预防知识、作业场所主要职业危害的种类及对健康的影响、妇科病的防治知识;女工的主要心理问题源自社会的压力。结论提高外企女工的自我保健意识,完善外企的健康教育形式,开展多种形式的健康教育活动,是更好地开展女工疾病防治工作的最佳途径。
Objective To investigate the health demands among the female employees in foreign enterprise in order to put forward to the executive strategy for health education work. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the female employees in foreign enterprise. Results To distribute booklets of health education was the most popular disseminating manner. The preventive knowledge about common diseases, types of the occupational hazards in operational fields and relevant influence on their health, prevention knowledge about disease of women were demanded more frequently among the female employees of foreign enterprise. The main psychology problems of the female employees came from stress of society. Conclusion The best approaches to develop disease prevention for female employees are to enhance foreign enterprises female employees＇ consciousness of self-health-care, to perfect the forms of health education, and to take many kinds of activities about healthy education.
