摘要
铁路营业线施工是铁路事故多发点。以河北铁建工程公司为例,介绍影响施工安全因素相互关系、构建安全管理体系步骤、安全措施和体系的关系,最终形成施工单位的铁路营业线施工安全管理体系。
The construction of running railway line may cause accidents frequently because of ill satety management. Taking Hebei Railway Construction Engineering Company for example, the interrelation of factors affecting safety, the establishing steps of the safety management system and the relationship between the safety measures and the system are introduced ,and then the safety management system of running railway line construction is formed.
