摘要
目的:探讨乳腺康胶囊对乳腺增生病的治疗作用,分析其治疗前后血清免疫学和血液流变学的改变。方法:经确诊的160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例用乳腺康胶囊,对照组80例用乳癖消治疗,治疗前后均做血尿常规、钳靶X线、肝肾功能、血液流变学及血清免疫学检测。结果:乳腺康胶囊治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为82.5%,治疗后两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),血液流变学各项指标呈下降趋势,下降幅度与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该胶囊组成药物配伍合理,临床疗效显著,无明显毒副作用,机理与提高乳腺细胞的雌激素分泌,调整激素之局部不平衡,改善局部血液循环,抑制胶原纤维分子的合成,抑制炎性渗出,抑制肿块和组织的异常增生,促进炎症纤维吸收有很大的关系,该方法治疗和预防乳腺增生作用明显。
Objective ：To investigate the role of capsule of RuXianKang in treating Hyperplasia of mammary glunds and explore, the change in molecular hemorheology and serum immunology. Methods 80 patients with breast Hyperplasia were treated by capsule of RuXianKang （treatment group） and additional 80 patients were treated by RuPiXiao （ control group） at random. Every patients made some examine in blood normal regulations, Urine normal regulations, X - ray radiography, Liver function, Kidney function, molecular hemorheology,serum immunology . Results ：The treatment group effective rate was 97.5% ,the control group was 82.5%, higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Various indexed signs of molecular hemorheology and serum immunology were decreased greatly . The descent range compared with control group to show obvious Statistics meaning （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：That capsule constitutes in the medicine formulation were reasonable, the clinical curative effect shows the role obviously, but have no obvious poison or side effects. Its mechanism was increasing the hormone of E2 of the mammary glands cell , adjusting the partial unbalance of the hormone, improving the partial blood circulation, inhabiting white fiber , preventing the cell from leaking out, repressing lump with organize to increase unusually, they promote the function that fiber absorbing have a great relation. The treatment method prevents mammary glands from increasing the function obviously.
