摘要
对脾虚证动物模型的研究是探讨脾虚证实质的一个重要方法。本文从利血平塑造大鼠脾虚模型,观察了其血液流变学各项指标的变化。有关这方面的研究尚未见报道。材料和方法一、实验动物及分组: 雄性wistar大鼠,45只,体重220±13.7克,由本校动物中心提供,均等随机分成正常对照组、脾虚模型组、四君子汤治疗组。
The model of insufficiency of the spleen in rat was established by intramuscular injection of reserpine, the rat given Sijunzi Tang simultaneously as control. The result showed that the heorhemological characters of the model of insufficiency of the spleen were hyperviscosity, but those of control rat were normality. The authors concluded that the hyperviscosity in rat of insufficiency of the spleen may be related to the deficiency of qi of TCM.
