摘要
目的：制备盐酸西替利嗪凝胶，并建立其质量控制方法。方法：用卡渡姆940为基质制备凝胶，以紫外分光光度法测定盐酸西替利嗪的含量。结果：盐酸西替利嗪检测浓度线性范围为0．004～0．04mg／ml（r=0．9997），方法回收率为（97．46±1．15）％，RSD=1．65％（n=5）。结论：该制剂制备工艺可行，性质稳定，质量控制方法简便、可靠。
OBJECTIVE： To prepare cetirizine hydrochloride gels and to establish a quality control method for which. METHODS： The gel was prepared with carbomer - 940 as gel base, the content of the gels was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. RESULTS： The linear detection concentration range of cetirizine hydrochloride was 0.004～0.04mg/ml（r= 0.9 997）, the recovery was （97.46 % ± 1.15）% with RSD at 1.65 % （n= 5）. CONCLUSION： This gel is feasible in preparation techniques, stable in quality,convenient and reliable in quality control method.
