肿瘤相关成纤维细胞:抗肿瘤治疗的新靶点 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(tumorassociated fibroblast,TAF)是肿瘤宿主界面微环境中最主要的宿主细胞,具有促进肿瘤细胞生长、侵袭及免疫抑制的作用。鉴于TAF基因组稳定且占肿瘤成分的比例较大,故有望成为抗肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
