摘要
本文报告８０例急性脑血管病（ＡＣＶＤ），其超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）明显低于对照，而过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）及空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）明显高于对照。指出急性脑血管病不仅有自由基及空腹血糖的变化，而且ＳＯＤ下降与ＦＢＧ增加有密切关系。
The concentration of superoxide dismutase(SOD),lipid peroxide(LPO)and fasting blood-glucose(FBG)in 80 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD)were determined.The mean consentration of SOD in all patients was significantly lower than that of controls,and LPO and FBG were much higher in ACVD.There was an inverse relationship between SOD and FBG.
