摘要
目的:观察鼻渊舒口服液对儿童慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性鼻炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组56例用鼻渊舒口服液雾化吸入,对照组34例口服鼻炎丸。结果:治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率76.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻渊舒口服液雾化吸入疗效确切,见效快,儿童易于接受,是治疗儿童慢性鼻炎的理想药物。
Objective： To observe the effect of steam inhalation of Biyuanshu oral liquid on child chronic rhinitis. Method： 90 children who suffered from chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, 56 in treatment group administrated with steam inhalation of Biyuanshu oral liquid, meanwhile the other 34 children using Biyanwan in control group. Results： Total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.0% and 76.5%, respectively, having significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Because of its rapid and certain effect and its convenience in use, Biyuanshu oral liquid is a kind of ideal medicine to treat child chronic rhinitis.
