Advances of study on cerebral function in Chinese pilots

摘要 目的简要概述国内飞行员脑功能研究进展,并对其发展作了展望。资料来源与选择已发表的有关学术论文。资料引用引用文献资料14篇。资料综合按以下主题进行综合:飞行员脑功能(CF)研究概况,招飞脑电图(EEG)与多导睡眠图(PSG)在飞行员脑功能选拔中的应用;服用催眠药、类兴奋/催眠物质后电生理特征及其对飞行员脑功能的影响;神经行为检查在飞行员脑功能鉴定中的应用;飞行员认知疲劳与脑功能相互关系;飞行员脑血管功能评定与脑功能相互关系。结论脑电生理、神经行为检查,经颅多普勒(TCD)脑血流检测以及脑功能主观评定相结合是飞行员脑功能鉴定与研究的有效途径。 Objective To summarize the advances of studies on cerebral functions (CF) in Chinese pilots. Literature resource and selection Related published research papers and reviews. Literature quotation Fourteen published papers were cited. Literature synthesis It was summarized in topics as follows., the application of EEG and PSG in investigation of CF in pilots, the effects of hypnotics and resembled substances of stimulant and hypnotic on electrophysiology (characteristics of brain and CF), the application of neuro-behavior methods in identification of CF, the association of cognitive fatigue, brain vessel function and CF. Conclusion The combined use of brain bio-electrical tests, transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD), subjective evaluation of CF were effective for investigation and identification of CF of pilots.
