酪氨酸的抗应激作用及其在军事航空中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 酪氨酸(tyrosine,Tyr)是合成中枢神经系统(CNS)递质如多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)的前体物质,能对抗某些环境应激因素(如高空缺氧、寒冷等)引起的高级神经功能(认知操作能力)障碍。军事(长距离或夜间)飞行往往使这种损害变得更为严重。笔者就Tyr的抗应激作用及在军事航空中的潜在应用价值作一讨论。
