摘要
粒度呈双峰分布的石英粉是熔模铸造比较理想的制壳材料,当10μm以下微粉含量不同时,涂料粘度会存在较大差异,这种差异将影响制壳工艺。就微分含量对水玻璃涂料粘度的影响进行了试验和探讨。用激光粒度检测仪发现微粉含量的不同,用悬浮分离法获取微粉,并将不同粒度的微粉按不同比例加入水玻璃中,观察模数的变化,发现10μm以下微粉含量的不同对水玻璃模数及涂料粘度影响较大。
Quartzes powder whose particle size is bimodal distribution is better perfect shell model's material in investment casting. But when the particle size is below 10μm and there is different particle content, the viscosity of coating mixture exists difference which influences technology of making shell. The influence of particle content on viscosity of sodium silicate coatings mixture was mainly experimented and studied in this paper. With laser sedimentograph equipment the different content of micro powder was checked and with suspension separation faction method the micro powder was achieved, and with different proportion to sodium silicate the same time put in different particle size, and the change of modulus was observed. It could be found that the different content of micro powder has marked influence on the modulus of sodium silicate and viscosity of coating mixture when the particle size is below 10μm.
