摘要
论文探讨了利用氧化铝生产中的废弃物研制赤泥陶粒的技术方法和制备条件.采用赤泥为主要原料,辅以粉煤灰、煤矸石等其他物料,添加少量的外加剂,制备新型陶粒产品.确定了最佳物料配比、烧结温度以及保温时间等,使陶粒的主要性能符合GB/T17431.2—1998标准规定.试验结果表明,处于最佳物料配比时,烧结温度为1125~1150℃,保温时间为20min,所制陶粒密度等级为600级,颗粒抗压力410N,筒压强度相当于5.5MPa,超过GB/T17431.2-1998中筒压强度≥2.0MPa的规定,吸水率20%,低于吸水率≤22%的规.定.
This paper mainly discusses the use of alumina production waste in the development of Red Mud Haydite technology and methods of preparation conditions. By using red mud as the main raw material, combined with fly ash, gangue, a small amount of additives and other materials, a new - style ceramisite production is produced. The best ratio of raw materials, the sintering temperature and the heat preservation time is determined, which makes and the main properties of the haydite meets GB/T17431.2 -1998 standards. Through a series of comparative tests, the results show that, at its best ratio of raw materials, the sintering temperature for 1 125 - 1 150℃ and the heat preservation time of 20 rain. The density grade system of the Red Mud Haydite is 600 and 410 N particles of pressure. The compressible strength equivalent tO 5.5 Mpa, beyond 2.0 Mpa prescribed in GB/T17431.2 - 1998, and bibulous rate is 20% , lower than the water rate ≤ 22% requirement prescribed in GB/T17431.2 - 1998.
