哮喘患儿血清IL-18、IL-4和INF-γ水平测定的临床意义的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨IL-18、IL-4和INF-γ在哮喘发病中的作用及其相互关系。方法:采用双抗体夹心EL ISA法检测36例哮喘患儿和24例性别、年龄相当的健康对照者血清IL-18、IL-4和INF-γ的含量。结果:与对照组相比,哮喘急性期患儿血清中IL-18和INF-γ的含量明显增高[IL-18:(210.32±81.12)vs(132.56±49.42)ng/L,P<0.01;INF-γ:(63.23±26.68)vs(46.96±18.52)ng/L,P<0.05],缓解期IL-18和INF-γ的含量降低;IL-4的含量降低[(208.28±90.56)vs(235.48±82.59)ng/L],但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿血清IL-18表达增高,增高的IL-18在调节T h细胞活性中起重要作用,参与了哮喘的病理过程。 Objective To explore the role and potential relationship of IL-18, IL-4 and INF-γ and asthma pathogenesis. Methods The serum levels of IL-18, IL-4 and INF-γ were detected with ELISA assay in 36 asthmatic patients and 24 sex- and age-matched health control subjects. Results The levels of IL-18 and INF-γ in the patients with acute asthma were significantly higher compared to healthy control subjects EIL-18: (210.32±81.12) versus (132.56±49.42) ng/L,P〈 0. 01) INF-γ. (63.23 ± 26.68) vs (46.96±18. 52)ng/L,P 〈0.05]. The elevated IL-18 and INF-γlevels in acute asthma decreased on remission. Asthmatic patients showed lower plasma IL-4 levels than normal controls [(208. 28± 90. 56) versus (235. 48±82. 59) ng/L], but the differences were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The IL-18 is high in patients and the elevated IL-18 level suggests the fact that IL-18 plays an important role in regulating the cells activity and is involved in asthma pathogenesis.
