摘要
[目的]探索槐耳浸膏抑制肝癌细胞转移的机制,为槐耳浸膏在临床上治疗肝肿瘤提供理论依据。[方法]将高转移潜能人肝癌细胞系(MHCC97H)分别与槐耳浸膏(1.0mg/ml,3.0mg/ml,5.0mg/ml,10.0mg/ml)及DMEM(含10%胎牛血清)作用24h,测定其肿瘤细胞黏附率、运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率。[结果]各组MHCC97H细胞经槐耳浸膏作用24h后,其细胞黏附率明显下降,而运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率明显上升,与对照组相比差别均有统计学意义,且槐耳浸膏浓度与肿瘤细胞黏附率、运动抑制率及侵袭抑制率均有相关性。[结论]槐耳浸膏能明显抑制肝癌细胞的黏附、运动及侵袭能力,故可以阻抑肝癌细胞的转移。
[Purpose ] To explore the mechanism of metastatic poteatial inhibited with Trametes robiniophila in human hepatoeellular carcinoma cells and to provide the experimental basis of Tramctes roblniophila in treatment for liver cancer. [Method] Highly metastatic potential human hepatocellular carcinoma cells （MHCC97H） were treated with DMEM and Trametes robiniophila （1mg/ml,3mg/ml,5mg/ml and 10mg/ml） for 24h respectively. The rates of cells adhesion, cell motion and cells invasion were measured. [Results] After MHCC97H cells inculated with Trametes robiniophila for 24h, the rates of cells adhesion decreased and cells motion and cells invasion increased obviously, with significant differences between Trametes robiniophila group and control group. The rates of cells adhesion, cells motion and cells invasion were correlated with concentration of Trametes robiniophila. [Conclusion] Trametes robiniophila markedly inhibit the ability of cells adhesion, motion and invasion in highly metastatic potential human hepatocellular carcinoma, so it can arrest the metastasis of cancer cells.
