摘要
作者为将沃辛瘤（Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎｔｕｍｏｒ）与侵袭性良性肿瘤及舍格伦综合征相鉴别，对８０例沃辛瘤的腮腺造影表现进行分析，观察到下列Ｘ线特点：肿瘤所在处及其周围多数分支导管排列紊乱、扭曲、不规则扩张与狭窄。部分患者主导管呈腊肠样改变，半数以上患者可见末梢导管点状扩张。Ｘ线与病理对照结果表明。
Thesialogramsof80caseswithWarthintumorinparotidglandwereanalysed.Thesialographiccharacteristicswerefoundasfolows:irregulararrangement,dilationandnarrowofbranchductswhichsuroundedthetumor,sausagelikechangeofmainductsjustlikethatseeninob-structiveparotitis,andspot-likedilationoftheterminalducts.Thecomparativestudyonroentgen-pathologyshowedthatthespot-likedilationoftheterminalductswasrelatedtothedilationofinter-lobularductoftheglandsurroundingthetumor.TheroentgendifferentialdiagnosisofWarthintu-morfromtheaggressivebenigntumorandSjogrensyndromeisdiscussed.
