摘要 综述反义寡核苷酸药物分离分析技术的应用研究,包括聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、高效液相色谱-质谱及毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术,并列举应用实例,讨论其优缺点,为该类药物研发所需分离分析手段提供依据。 The application of separation and analysis techniques for antisense oligonucleotides, including the polyacrylamide gel eleetrophoresis, HPLC, CE, HPLC-MS and CE-MS, was reviewed. At the same time some examples of application are given and the advantages and limitations of those techniques are also discussed to provide the basis for the separation and analysis techniques for those drugs during research and development.
