摘要
用1-溴代直链烷,a,ω-二溴代烷及11-溴代十一酸甲酯在铜盐络合物催化剂Li2CuCl4的存在下,通过格氏偶合反应合成长链脂肪酸酯类,后者在催化剂氟化铯的存在下,用三乙氧基硅烷还原水解合成长链(奇偶数碳)脂肪族醇类.
The long-chain ester has been synthesized from 1-Bromoalkane, a,ω-Dibromoalkane and 11- Bromoalkanoat (in the presence of Li2CuCl4) by the Grignard coupling reaction,followed by The reduction with Triethoxysilane (in the presence of Cesiumq luoride) to give long chain alcohol.
