腹式呼吸对A,B型人格大学生心率变异性频域变化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察腹式呼吸训练对A,B人格大学生心率变异性频域的影响,为A型人格个体的行为干预提供理论上的依据。方法:实验于2005-09/10在河北师范大学心理健康实验室完成。采用张伯源等修订的A型行为问卷从化学系、物理系297名大学二年级全体本科学生中筛选出32名典型的A,B型人格大学生,其中A型人格者平均为31分,B型人格者平均为17分。按性别、A,B型性格匹配分为实验组与控制组,其中实验组16名,典型A型人格8名,典型B型人格8名;控制组16名,典型A型人格8名,典型B型人格8名,实验组进行腹式呼吸,控制组进行正常呼吸;实验分为3个阶段,基线期-实验期-恢复期。使用心率变异性分析软件分别记录各个实验阶段的5min的总功率谱和高频与低频比值。结果:32名受试者均进入结果分析。实验组在腹式呼吸后,心率总功率谱显著增加[A型:(12984±7330),(5909±4931)Hz;B型:(12615±9190),(8601±4941)Hz,P<0.05],腹式呼吸后心率高低频比显著增高(A型:4.738±2.860,0.694±0.389,P<0.01;B型:2.773±2.782,1.446±1.263,P<0.05),腹式呼吸与A,B型人格存在着交互作用显著(F=6.125,P<0.05)。结论:腹式呼吸能够降低交感神经作用,促进副交感神经作用,对A型人格作用更为明显。 AIM: To observe the effects of diaphragmatic-abdominal respiration on the frequence domain of heart rate variability (HRV) in university students of type A and type B personality, so as to provide theoretical evidence for the individual behavioral interference of type A personality. METHODS: The study was carried out in the mental health laboratory of Hebei Normal University from September to October 2005. Totally 197 sophomores of the departments of chemistry and physics were assessed with Type A behavior questionnaire revised by Zhang et al, and 32 students of classic type A personality and classic type B personality were screened out, the average score was 31 and 17 respectively. According to gender and match of type A and type B personality, the students were divided into study group (n=16) and control group (n=16) with 8 cases of classic type A personality and 8 of classic type B personality in each respectively, Diaphragmatic-abdominal respiration and normal breathing were performed in the study group and control group respectively, the study had 3 phases: baseline phase-experimental phase-recovery phase. The 5-minute total power spectrum and ratio of high frequency to low frequency of each phase were recorded with the HRV analytical software, respectively. RESULTS: All the 32 subjects were involved in the analysis of results. After the diaphragmatic-abdominal respiration, the total power spectrums in the study group were significantly increased [type A: (12 984±7 330), (5 909±4 931) Hz; type B: (12 615±9 190), (8 601±4 941) Hz, P 〈 0.05], and the ratio of high frequency to low frequency was markedly increased (type A: 4.738±2.860, 0.694±0.389, P〈0.01; type B: 2.773±2.782, 1.446±1.263, P 〈 0.05), diaphragmatic-abdominal respiration had significant interactions with the type A and B personalities (F=6.125, P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Diaphragmatic-abdominal respiration may decrease the response of the sympathetic branch, increase the response of the parasympathetic braneb, especialy in type A personality.
