摘要
目的:通过测定P-选择素、假性血友病因子(von W illebrand factor,vWF)的含量,探讨不稳定型心绞痛合并糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)患者血小板活化状态。方法:把不稳定型心绞痛患者分为糖耐量正常组和减低组,测P-选择素,vWF含量及血脂。结果:UAP合并IGT组患者较UAP不合并IGT组P-选择素,vWF增高(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论:UAP合并IGT患者存在血小板活化状态。
Objective： To dicuss the state of the high activity of platelet in the patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP） accomplied by impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） by measuring the content of P-selectin and yon Willebrand faetor（vWF）, Methods： The content of P-selectin, vWF and blood lipid in the patients with UAP and IGT group and the patients with UAP without IGT group were compared. Results： The patients with UAP and IGT have more content of P-selectin and vWF than the patients with UAP non-accompanied with IGT （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0, 01 ）. Condusions： The patients with UAP accompanied with IGT have the state of the high activity of platelet.
