摘要
在比较钴的基体改进剂的基础上,选定了NH4VO3为基体改进剂,拟定了用石墨炉原子吸收法测定人发中痕量钴的分析方法.结果表明,方法的线性范围为0~320ng/mLCo2+,其特征量为1.3×10-3μg/(mL·1%).
In determination of trace cobalt with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS), the effect of matrix modifier of some reagents has been studied and compared. NH 4VO 3 is selected as the matrix modifier for changing the atomization process of sample of the biology. The sensitivity of the method is raised. The sensitivity is 1.3×10 -3 μg/(mL·1%). The calibration curve is linear for concentration 0~320 ng/mL Co 2+ . The relative error is ±2.7%. for the determination of trace Co in standard biological samples.
