摘要
收入和能力贫困是当前我国农村反贫困战略的认识基础,事实上,权利意识匮乏导致的权利贫困是诱发我国农村贫困的深层次原因。因此,今后我国的反贫困战略应该切实投资于穷人的教育事业,充分发挥教育的意识观念和知识技能提升的双重功能,促进穷人自我持续的脱贫。
Now an approach to reducing poverty in china is based on the poverty in income and ability. In fact, the poverty in rights from lacking right consciousness deeply results in the rural poverty. So an approach to reducing poverty in china later should invest in the poor＇s education practically, bring the double functions of improving consciousness and knowledge into full play, promote the poor＇s sustainable development.
