摘要
采用弹塑性有限元方法,计算分析并验证了面外弯矩下无缺陷等径三通的塑性极限载荷,同时针对含局部减薄缺陷等径三通,系统地分析了局部减薄缺陷的尺寸、位置等因素对等径三通的塑性极限载荷的影响,得到了局部减薄对等径三通塑性极限载荷的影响规律,并分析了含局部减薄等径三通在面外弯矩下的典型失效模式,研究结果可为含局部减薄缺陷等径三通结构设计和安全评定提供理论依据。
In this paper, the elasto-plastic finite element method is used to evaluate limit loads of the equal-diameter T-junctions of piping with local wall-thinnings under out-of-plane moment. Numerical examples of non-defective equal-diameter T-junctions of piping show that the computed results are in good agreement with available experimental data. The effects of the sizes and positions of local wall-thinnings on the plastic limit loads of equal-diameter T-junctions of piping are investigated. Some typical failure modes of the T-junctions with local wall-thinnings are studied. The results are expected to provide theoretical bases for the structural design and safety assessment of equal-diameter T-junctions of piping with local wall-thinnings.
