摘要
公民道德是每个公民都应遵循的基本的公共道德规则和行为规范,具有公共性、普遍性、平等性、义务性的特征,是现代大型、复杂社会中市场经济和民主法治的本质要求在道德领域的体现,与制度具有亲缘关系。在我国公民道德建设中,制度化是极其必要的现实途径。公民道德建设的制度方式是现代社会的内在要求。
Civil morality, as a basic rule of public morality and the norms of behavior, which every citizen has to obey, is of public nature, universality, equality and dutifulness, etc, and therefore, is the embodiment of the essential request of the market economy, democracy and legality in the field of morality, which a large-scaled and complicated modern society can not be without and therein a relationship of mutual attachment exists. In the construction of civil morality in China, institutionalization is an indispensable and practical route. The institutionalized methods of the morality＇s construction are the innate requirement in a modern society.
