摘要
文中介绍了利用微差压原理,采用单片机进行控制,用于密封器件检测的气密性检测仪。针对大体积高压气密性检测系统易受外界因素的影响,难以建立精确的数学模型,提出基于模糊推理的温度补偿策略。实验结果表明,采用该补偿策略后的检漏仪稳定、可靠、精度高。
In this paper, the air- leakage detector to sealing devices is introduced, which controlled by micmchip system, used micro differential pressure principle. Due to the fact that detecting system under high - pressure and big- cubage is liable to be influenced by outside factors, a precise mathematics model is difficult to create , therefore a temperature compensation arithmetic on the basis of fuzzy reasoning is introduced. According to the results of the experiments, the detector with this compensation arithmetic is stable, reliable and more precise.
