摘要
目的:分析我院抗高血压药物应用现状和发展趋势。方法:利用DDDs分析方法对我院2001～2004年中消耗的抗高血压药物的品种、用量、频度、金额等进行统计分析。结果:本院抗高血压药物的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,品种数有所增加,用药频度最大的是钙拮抗剂,其次ACE抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂。结论:我院应用抗高血压药物基本合理。
Objective： To inspect retrospectively the using of antihypertensive drugs in recent years in our hospital. Methods： The consumption of antihypertensive drugs from 2002 to 2004 was statistically analyzed using the DDDs as a index. Results： the selling of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was in increasing tendency, the calcium antagonists was in the most frequent use, followed by ACEI and β-receptor blocker. Conclusion： In our hospital the using of antihypertensive drugs is rational.
