摘要
随着信息技术的发展和全球化市场的形成,导致技术变革的加速,加上客户的个性化需求,使得产品寿命周期不断缩短。在这种市场竞争的环境下,企业面临着缩短交货期、提高产品质量、降低成本和改善服务的压力,因此单个企业的核心技术已不能从产品的研制、开发、试制到零部件的生产、产品的装配、配送等方面即时满足客户需求。于是,一种新的生产组织模式即动态联盟应运而生。本文从动态联盟产生的背景、发展的现状和发展趋势等方面对其进行了阐述,目的是对动态联盟的内涵有一个全新的认识。
