摘要 目的:探讨胃癌微转移检测的研究进展。方法:阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:各种检测方法各有利弊。结论:多种检测方法联合应用可提高胃癌微转移的检出率。敏感的特异性检测指标仍需进一步筛选。 Objective： To investigate the new research on detection of microme tastasis in gastric cancer. Methods： Reading related literatures home and aboard, then reviewing them. Results： Various detecting methods had respective advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion： Combined application of various detecting methods may increase the detection rate of micrometastasis of gastric cancer. The sensitive and specific detection index needs further screening.
