摘要
对水钢1350m^3高炉工艺装备的特点进行了总结。水钢1350m^3高炉采用铜冷却壁、薄壁炉衬、炭砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底、软水封闭循环冷却系统、PW型并罐无料钟炉顶、内燃式热风炉等一系列先进实用技术,以实现高炉“优质、低耗、高效、多产、长寿”生产。
The paper summarizes the characteristics of process equipment of 1350 m^3 BF in Shuisteel. A series of advanced and practical technologies are adopted, such as copper cooling stave, thin furnace liner, combined furnace bottom made of carbon brick and ceramic cup, closed loop soft water cooling system, bell less top of PW design with parallel hopper, inner combustion type hot air stove, etc. and result in high quality product, low energy consumption, effective operation, high productivity and long campaign of furnace.
