摘要
对宝钢4号高炉设计采用的新技术及其特点进行了阐述。根据宝钢原有3座高炉生产经验,4号高炉设计时采用了以下先进技术:上罐固定式串罐无料钟炉顶、热压小炭砖炉缸结构、板壁结合的炉体冷却结构、无填沙层平坦化钢结构出铁场,新型液压泥炮和开口机,新英巴水渣处理、环缝洗涤煤气清洗等先进技术。
The paper introduces the new technologies of ironmaking applied in No. 4 blast furnace of Baosteel and explains the characteristics of the new technologies. Following advances are adopted in the design of No. 4 blast furnace based on the production experiences obtained in the three existing blast furnaces of Baosteel: bell less top with central charging hopper, furnace hearth lined with small hot compressed carbon brick, furnace stack with integrated cooling stave, flattened cast house of steel structure without sand bedding, new type hydraulic clay gun and taphole opening machine, new INBA granulated slag treatment, ACTS gas cleaning, etc.
