摘要
目的:观察空心莲子草醇提物对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的影响。方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)联合诱发小鼠免疫性肝损伤动物模型,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。取肝脏在光镜下观察其病理组织学变化。结果:模型组小鼠血清MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SOD活力低于正常对照组(P<0.01),ALT、AST活性较正常对照组明显提高(P<0.01),表明造模成功。空心莲子草醇提物高、中剂量组较模型组血清MDA含量低(P<0.01,P<0.05),SOD活力升高(P<0.01),ALT、AST活性降低(P<0.01)。低剂量组ALT、AST活性降低,MDA含量低于模型组,SOD活力高于模型组,但无统计学意义。光镜下可见,空心莲子草醇提物组与模型组相比,肝损伤明显减轻。结论:空心莲子草醇提物对免疫性肝损伤有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influnce of Altemanthera philoxeroides on the immunized mouse liver damage. METHODS An immunized mouse liver damage model was established through injection of BCG and LPS, ALT, AST, MDA and SOD were tested and liver pathological changes under microscope were observed. RESULTS Blood serum ALT, AST in the model group were higher than in normal control group(P〈0.01), the quantity of MDA was higher than in normal group(P〈 0.05) ,and the activity of SOD was lower than in the normal group(P〈0.01), which proved that LPS injected intravenously had already led to mouse liver damage. The activities of ALT and AST in the APGR and APGM groups were lower than those in the model group(P〈0.01). The activity of SOD was higher than in the model group(P〈0.01) ,the quantity of MDA in serum in the APG groups was lower than in the model group(P〈0.01 ). The activity of ALT and AST in APGL were lower than in model group, the quantity of MDA was lower than in the model group and the activity of SOD was higher than in the model group, but without statistics meaning. Under light microscope the liver damage in APG groups were lighter than model group. CONCLUSION This experiment shows that the APG could protect liver damage induced hy chemicals and immunity.
