施用氨基酸矿质等几种有机肥料对半夏总生物碱含量影响的比较研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的研究四种肥料五种不同处理对半夏pinellia ternate(Thunb.)Breit.)总生物碱含量的影响,以提高栽培半夏的有效成分含量,实现高质高效和利润的最大化。方法利用完全随机实验设计研究四种不同的肥料对半夏有效成分增产的效果。结果在α=0.05水平上,几种肥料与对照不存在显著性差异;α=0.05水平上,DANCAN检验表明矿质肥料、菌剂与对照差异性不显著,根施液态氨基肥与叶喷液态氨基肥与对照差异性显著,叶喷液态氨基肥有效含量最高为0.067 3%,根施液态肥的含量为0.053%比对照0.048%分别高出39.6%和10.3%结论液态氨基肥能够提高半夏有效成分含量,可以进一步研究其最佳剂量和时间及使用方式,达到半夏药材的高质高效。 Objective To study effect of efficacious component of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. (Araceae) from five disposal methods of four fertilizers for increasing ef!icacious component content of cultivated Pinellia ternat to achieve higher quality and profits. Methods The effect of increasing production an efficacious component content in Pinellia ternat was studied through using random experimental design completely. Results When a-0.05,it is not differ significantly for comparison of increasing efficacious component content, DANCAN test indicated that mineral fertilizer and fungus fertilizer were not significant but liquid fertilizer used in root and on leaves to obtain the highest content of whole alkaloid, using fertilizer on leaves was 0.0673% and in root was 0.053% ,each exceeded comparison(0.04%) 39.6% and 10.3% ,respectively. Conclusion Liquid amino acid fertilizer can increase efficacious component in Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. (Araceae) ,and in future the most appropriate dosage, using time and usage can be studied to gain the higher quality and profit.
