摘要
本文运用文献资料、现场统计、录相观察、数理比较等方法,对CUBA全国大学生篮球联赛女子八强比赛中内线运动员防守的技战术运用和方法进行技术统计与分析,分析表明:女子八强赛的进攻投篮点60%以上在内线区域,内线的防守方法与配合极其关键.据此,本文提出了内线防守应平步贴身,以脚步移动手臂上举的上封下堵防守动作,并结合夹击,协防等整体配合的防守方式.
This article, by using references, locale statistic video observation, and numerical comparison, makes a technical statistic and analysis about Women＇ s eight strongest basketball teams of CUBA current defense and methods. The result should over 60% attack shootings in each team are in the inner line range and the defensive methods and cooperations in this area are extremely important. Therefore, this article points out that pincer attacks and defense at any time should be applied effectively.
