摘要
以我国82名优秀青少年女篮运动员的17次跑成绩为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对我国优秀青少年女篮运动员17次跑成绩从年龄、身高和体重三个方面进行归类分析。结果表明:年龄15~18岁、身高180 cm以下、体重70 kg以下的女运动员成绩最好;年龄15岁以下、身高180 cm以下、体重70 kg以下的女运动员测试成绩的组间差距最小;年龄18岁以上、身高190 cm以上、体重85 kg以上的女运动员测试成绩最差,组间差距最大。建议优秀青少年女篮运动员,14岁前必须打好有氧耐力训练的基础,14岁后是发展专项耐力的最佳时期,要以无氧耐力训练为主;在我国优秀青少年女篮运动员的培养中,应以高大运动员和大体重运动员进行重点培养,既注重其耐力素质的提高,更要注重其速度耐力训练,还要加强其判断能力训练,提高她们的反应能力。
Taking the results of 17 run of 82 elite adolescent women's basketball players as the research object,the authors of this paper classify and analyze the results of the test according to the age,height and weight of the players by using the method of literature,interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The results show: Women basketball players aged 15-18 years with height below 180 cm and weight less than 70 kg have the best performance; Women basketball players under 15 years,height below 180 cm and weight less than 70 kg have the smallest gap in test scores; Women basketball players older than 18 years,height over 190 cm,weight over 85 kg have the poorest performance with the largest gap in test scores.Based on the results of the research,it is suggested that elite adolescent women basketball players must lay solid foundation of aerobic stamina training before the age of 14 and focus on developing special stamina after14 years old based on anaerobic endurance training. In the training of elite adolescent women basketball players,we should focus on the training of tall and heavy athletes,not only pay attention to the improvement of their endurance quality,but also pay attention to their speed endurance training. Meanwhile the judgment ability training for these elite players should be strengthened to improve their response capability.
