新时期教育规模的扩大,给高校迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,高校行政管理者要切实转变观念,树立重岗位轻职位、重智力轻资历、重效益轻权益、重服务轻机关的观念;在实际工作中,行政管理者要倡导奉献精神,树立服务意识;加强信息调研,当好参谋助手;做好综合协调工作,提高工作效率;树立严谨的工作作风,提高管理能力;要有较强的自我控制能力和团队精神;注重开拓创新,艺术性地开展工作。
In order to manage well the administrative affairs after the enrollment expansion in higher education institutions, the administrators have to change their traditional ideas. They should attach more importance to post than social position, pay more attention to intelligence than history of service and experience, value more on efficiency than on right and interest; prize service and disesteem domination. In the course of work the administrators need to build up the spirit of devotion and service, strengthen the investigation and collection of information, and manage well the job of integrated cooperation and communication so as to improve work efficiency. They are also expected to develop the kind of careful and cautious style of doing things, possess the sort of ability of strong self - control and group work, and become creative and innovative so that the efficiency of management can be bettered, and their work can be carried out artistically and successfully.
