摘要
旋风铣削用于精加工要解决的关键技术之一是细长工件的受力变形与振动误差问题。通过对各种切削条件下旋风铣削时工件的受力变形与振动误差分析得知,在超高速条件下,由于每齿切削量微小,切削力剧降,工件受力变形与振动随之显著减少,较小长径比工件直接加工,较大长径比工件借助合理工装加工,均可在保持其高效前提下,满足精加工技术要求。
The problem of slender pieces deformation and the vibration error is one Of the key techniques that whirling should solve when using in finish machining. According to the analysis of the work piece deformation and vibration error made by whirling under different cutting condition, we know that under hyperveloeity condi- tion, because of the depression of the cutting output and the cutting force by each gear, the work piece deformation and the vibration error reduce prominently as well. The smaller major axis work piece was directly processed while the larger major axis was processed by dint of reasonable tools. Both of them can meet the demand of finish machining technique on the premise of maintaining its high efficiency.
