摘要
提供了用水溶液聚合法制备羧酸系高效减水剂的方法,以马来酸酐与聚乙二醇酯化生成聚乙二醇羧酸酯大分子单体,然后加入2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烯磺酸钠和甲基丙烯酸,在过硫酸盐的引发下共聚得到聚羧酸系减水剂.研究了共聚单体的配比,测定了反应温度、时间对反应的关系,确定了反应速度常数,得到了聚合过程的动力学方程.
In this paper,a synthesis way is used to produce polycarboxylic high performance water reducing agent with solute polymerization. The synthesis way includes a macromolecular compound of maleic anhydride with polyethylene glycol to generate carboxylate with polyoxyethylene group chain,then add 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methyl- propanesulfonic acid,methylacrylic acid. It can polymerize the product with the initiator per - sulfate. The molar ratio for comonomers was studied. Reaction temperature and time were determined. The velocity constant and the kinetics of the reaction were obtained.
