摘要
采用等离子体对聚烯烃合成纤维纸改性后,进行丙烯酸接枝,使之适用于电池隔膜。重点讨论了等离子体放电功率对聚烯烃纸吸碱率、吸碱高度、抗张强度、丙烯酸的接枝率等因素的影响。并通过接触角测定、多媒体显微镜、红外对接枝样品的表面进行了分析。
The paper described modification of Polyolefine paper with acrylic acid induced by plasma. Grafted Polyolefine paper can be used as battery separator. It was found that the grafting yield, tensile strength, absorbance alkaline ratio,absorbance alkaline height were influced by plasma power. The AAc-grafted polyolefine paper was characterized by microscope, contact angles.
