大气压介质阻挡放电对聚丙烯隔膜表面改性的研究 被引量:6

Study on the Surface Modification of Polypropylene Membrane by Using Dielectric Barrier Discharge at Atmospheric Pressure

摘要 为了提高聚丙烯电池隔膜亲水性,用大气压氦气/空气介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体对其表面改性。用示波器测量了DBD的伏安特性,通过蒸馏水的接触角测量、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察等手段对大气压氦气/空气DBD等离子体处理前后聚丙烯隔膜表面性质进行表征,同时分析样品亲水性的时效性。实验结果表明,大气压DBD等离子体处理过后聚丙烯隔膜表面引入了含氧极性基团(如C-OH,C=O,HO-C=O等),使表面蒸馏水的接触角显著下降,样品表面亲水性显著提高。 In order to improve the hydrophilieity of polypropylene(PP)battery membrane, atmospheric pressure helium/air dielectric barrier diseharge(DBD)was used tn modify the characteristics of PP membrane surface. Voltage-current waveform was measured by oscillograph.The properties and microstruetures of the PP membrane were characterized with water contact angle measurement, X-Ray Photoelectron Speetroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron mieroscopy(SEM). Besides, aging effect was studied. The PP mere brane, modified with the atmospheric pressure helium/air DBD, showed a significant decrease in water contact angle due to the incorporation of oxygen-containing groups, such as C-OH,C=O,HO-C=O et al.
