CD37基因在不同肿瘤细胞中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解CD37基因在正常组织、肝细胞、肝癌组织和各种肿瘤细胞中的表达情况。方法运用RT-PCR方法检测睾丸组织、肝癌组织、癌旁组织和11种肿瘤细胞株和正常肝细胞中CD37的表达。结果CD37在MCF-7、HeLa、MEL-ED1、Huh7、HLE、NCI-H446、BGC-823、SK-N-SH、LS-174-T、CNE、Eca-109和L-02细胞株中均不表达;而在睾丸组织、肝癌组织、癌旁组织、Burkitt's淋巴瘤细胞Naml-wa和肝癌细胞HepG2中均表达。结论CD37的表达可能与某些肿瘤如Burkitt's淋巴瘤和肝细胞癌的发生有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of CD37 gene in normal tissues,liver cells, hepatocellar carcinoma tissues, and various tumor cells. Methods The expression of CD37 gene in testis tissue, bepatocellar carcinoma tissues , parenchymal tissues adjacent to the HCC and 11 various tumor cells and normal liver cell was exam- ined by RT -PCR method. Results CD37 gene expression was not detected in MCF -7,HeLa,MEL-ED1 ,Huh'/, HLE, NCI - H446, BGC - 823, SK - N - SH, LS - 174 - T, CNE ,Eca - 109 and L - 02 cells, while was detected in testis tissue , bepatocellar carcinoma tissue , parenchymal tissue adjacent to the HCC and in Naml - wa , HepG2 cells Condtlsion The expression of CD37 gene may be related to the occurrene of some tumors such as Burkitt~ lympha and bepatocellar carcinoma
